Confidentiality of Student Information (FERPA)

Students can expect all EWU employees including administration, instructors, and staff to follow Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act guidelines as defined by the Registrars Office at EWU. These expectations can be found on Records and Registration's FERPA page.

Classrooms are a public forum. Therefore, consider the context before including private information in course discussions and assignments viewed by other students.
